We’re hosting a meetup and demo day with Indiegogo on Monday, June 8th. Ben Bateman (Director of Design & Technology categories) of Indiegogo and Liz Wald (VP, Technology & Design) are coming to Taiwan for a short visit to meet hardware technology creators and startups that might be interested in crowdfunding their projects as well as to learn more about Taiwan’s hardware ecosystem from makerspaces to manufacturers and the supply chain.
We enthusiastically seek hardware creators and startups to pitch or demo their project to get feedback from our panel (Ben & Liz of Indiegogo, Agne & Lucas of HWTrek, Bernard Chan of Alpha Camp). At the same time this is an opportunity for experts from manufacturing and the supply chain to understand the market opportunity for working with hardware startups and makers that crowdfund their projects. We extend an open invitation to creators/startups, tech media and bloggers, and manufacturing and supply chain experts to sign up to attend the event.
